Dry malt extract is perfect for all types of beer. Adds extra body and richness to the drink. Particularly important when brewing lighter types such as lagers, but etc. Dry malt extract is specially prepared, to preserve all the original flavor characteristics of the malt in the beer, without foreign aromas and aftertaste.

Dry malt extract is produced in 100% from natural malt without additives and dyes and is in the form of an easily soluble powder.

It is ideal as an addition to white bread, which aims to improve its baking ability and give it the right smell. In addition, it is an ingredient of various types of cookies, crackers, breakfast products and candy fillings.
