6 liters - home-made kvass
- From the contents of one jar comes out 6 liters of ready acid.
- Pour the contents of the jar with boiled water (80 S).
- Mix well and cool to temperature 30 C.
- Add dry yeast (on the tip of the knife) sugar and raisins to taste.
- Pour into the appropriate capacity (preferably in a plastic bottle or glass with a lid).
- Leave in a dark place for 16-18 hours, then put it in the fridge.
- The shelf life of the finished kvass is 72 hours, that is 3 times.
